Jennifer Lizzie Ngulube MBE
An appointment member of the British Empire honoured by the late her majesty the Queen of England for services to children. Born in Zimbabwe but has lived in the UK for the past 20 years, and having faced challenges and all forms of adversity as a child Jennifer has managed to turn her pain into purpose by using the negative experiences of her childhood into helping children.
She is a holder of a degree in psychology and counselling and is also a retired special-needs teacher. Jennifer is a child protective specialist and has worked with children in the foster care system in the United Kingdom.
Jennifer has as a single parent raised 26 children in the foster care system in the UK over and above her own 4 biological children and an adoptive daughter. Jennifer sits in fostering panels to make safeguarding decisions for children in foster care. Jennifer is a best-selling author and an international motivational speaker. Jennifer’s book "Sailing Through The Storms Of Life" is available on Amazon and she is a contributor on the second volume of "Embracing Imperfections."
Dr Alphius Dube

Alphius is based in Johannesburg, South Africa and his background is in Education. He has vast experience in Childhood education having worked for the Ministry of Education for 18 years in Zimbabwe. He rose from the position of a classroom teacher to senior teacher and then District Schools Sports Coordinator covering 52 schools in Umzingwane district.
In 2003 he relocated to Johannesburg, where he has accumulated 17 years of experience (and still counting) in corporate training. He believes in human empowerment and upliftment through education and training. He is happy to be involved in the organization, as he feels he wants to ‘give something back’ to disadvantaged members of the society.
Orpah Moyo
Orpah Moyo is a creative professional with over 30 years of experience in the fashion, textile, and interior design industries. She hold a Diploma in Art and Design – Textile Design from Bulawayo Technical College in Zimbabwe, and a Diploma in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute in South Africa. Her career has spanned various facets of the design world.
For the past 22 years, she has been running her own design studio, operating in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. Through this business, she's designed and produced a wide range of creative products while managing operations, client relations, and product development. Orpah's studio has also engaged in community empowerment by subcontracting women in rural areas to produce handwoven carpets and rugs. She has provided them with wool and materials, offering them an income stream while enriching her product line with authentic, handcrafted items.
Manda is actively involved in local community groups that offer services to people whose needs are not effectively addressed or met by mainstream organisations.
Never Chapepa
Never Chapepa, a qualified teacher in Mathematics, Science, English, Geography and Economics. Bachelor of Education (Unisa) Acredited Certified Educator (Ace) (Wits University) Diploma in Education (Hillside Teachers College). Born in Zimbabwe, moved to SA in 2000 Became a naturalised citizen of SA.
A Deputy Principal at Observatory Girls Primary A Club owner with more than 200 registered members to Netball South Africa, National Netball Umpire a Level 2 National Netball Coach a Senior Pastor of the 12 Apostles Church leading over 300 congregants and a father too.
Stella Mpofu
Qualifications: CA (SA) CA (Z)
Stella is based in Johannesburg, South Africa and has over 23 years of post-qualifying experience in financial management, of which 17 years were in various senior roles in the financial services sector. She currently provides independent financial management consulting services.
Prior to this role, Stella was the Finance Manager at Pembani Remgro Infrastructure Managers (Pty) Ltd, a company that manages an infrastructure private equity fund based in Johannesburg, South Africa. During the seven-year period before that she was the Chief Financial Officer at Kwa-Zulu Natal Growth Fund in Durban, South Africa.
Stella has also held various senior management roles for MBCA Bank Limited, CGU Insurance Company in Zimbabwe as well as Harod Spring Limited and Halifax Limited in Mauritius.
Stella is passionate about the wellbeing/development of women and participates in various initiatives such as Virtuous Women’s Wellness Forum, Menopausitivity (a menopause support group for women) and African Women Renaissance.
